Toby Graff currently leads the Graff Group, a social impact consultancy helping companies and nonprofits boost reputation, revenue and loyalty – all while making a positive difference in the world. An innovator in social impact, strategic communications and community engagement, she has extensive experience working in both the public and private sectors. She has built departments and headed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Public Affairs and Communications at large entertainment, sports and business properties, including The Alliance of American Football (AAF), NBCUniversal and Lifetime Networks. The social impact campaigns, entertainment, promotions and special events she has overseen – such as the AAF’s Heart of The Alliance, NBCUniversal’s Erase the Hate, USA Network’s Characters Unite and Lifetime’s Stop Violence Against Women and Every Woman Counts — have received multiple honors and awards, including the prestigious Governor’s Emmy, and have resulted in new federal laws advancing social justice and equality. 

Graff began her career in politics and government. She served as Deputy Press Secretary for then-First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton; worked on health care and welfare reform at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; and did press and communications for three presidential campaigns. She earned a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and holds a B.A. with Distinction from Boston University. Graff resides in New York City.
